[center]Dr Jim Segala, Scientist and Physicist talks with Paul Sinclair

Dr Jim Segala has over 30 years of experience in the scientific and engineering fields designing and building complex experimental systems. Dr Segala holds a PhD in physics as well as advanced degrees in engineering. For over 9 years Dr Segala was an active researcher at the Institute for advanced studies at Austin where he performed experiments in the area of quantum entanglement, quantum Optics, vacuum polarization, and neurobiology. Also he investigated several medical injury cases that occurred at known UFO hotspots.
