BBC Radio 4 is to air a documentary about UFOs co-presented by the unlikely pairing of the pop star Robbie Williams and the documentary-maker Jon Ronson.

The pair have collaborated on Robbie Williams and Jon Ronson Journey to the Other Side, in which they visit a UFO conference in Laughlin, Nevada, for three days.

Radio 4 will broadcast the 30-minute documentary on May 6.

In this interview Journalist and documentary maker, Jon Ronson goes with the singer Robbie Williams to a UFO conference in Laughlin, Nevada in the USA. Robbie Williams is taking time out from being a pop star and wants to get out and have adventures in the world of the paranormal. He has a genuine interest in UFOs and has been researching sightings, abductees and the possibility of extra terrestrial life.

Robbie, 34, has become increasingly obsessed with extraterrestrials over the last few years and claims to have had three alien encounters, one of which happened as he was recording the song ‘Arizona’, which is about otherworldly contact.
