Greers CSETI Kontakporotokolle - Eure Erfahrungen?

Also ich habe keine direkte Erfahrungen mit dem "Greer Kontaktprotokoll". Hab weder je bewusst ausgeführt noch direkt über die Methode gelesen. Etwas hat mich aber darauf aufmerksam gemacht (ich kopiere den englischen Posts meinerseits aus einem Reddit rein, da ich es bereits ein paar Tage dort gepostet habe):

I do not know the technics from Greer but i once had an experience which is similiar to the Greer Contact experiences. Ich kopiere kurz einen Text von Reddit auf Englisch rein da ich es zuerst dort gepostet habe:

I was practicing Meditiation 7-8 years ago. I was no "professional" in it but i've reached a deep quietness inside of me. It was Spring and already a little bit warmer. It was in the evening, already dark. I've made the meditation on the floor in front of my open window. After 20-30 minutes i've came out of Meditation and opened slowly my eyes. I was looking to the Sky and did see some stars. After 20-30 seconds there was a light that was getting bigger and bigger and was shining. It was as it would explode - after ca. 5 seconds the light gone back again to it's normal size an disapperead. I did know the Disclosure Project back then but i didnt know the Greer Contact Protocols. I've thought that it (the light) was a trick of my mind. Only a few years later i've stumbled across a youtube video with some of the lights which allegely appearing during these Greer Contact technics. What i've saw back then was nearly the same as at second 19 in ...but not that bright and intense but similiar to it.

The Mediation i've did back then did had nothing to do with "alien contacts" or similiar it was just a normal meditation to reach a deep calmness.

I'm still wondering what it was because i do not necessarly thinking that it was a UFO. It may have very possible something to do with conscouisness and the way how aware/awake we are regarding the surrounding reality. But if you can not repeat such experiences you always doubt what you have experienced afterwards and start to thinking "maybe it was just a trick of mind, i've fooled myself etc."

Habt ihr allenfalls ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht mit solchen Lichtern (ob mit oder ohne "Greer Protokolle" oder Meditation)? Vielleicht gibt es aus anderen "Wahrnehmungsbereichen" (z.B AKE Erfahrungen) Hinweise dazu? Gibt ja hier auch ein paar die damit Erfahrungen haben.

Und hier noch etwas was ich letzte Nacht erlebt habe. Vor dem Schlafengehen habe ich noch obengenanntes Reddit post durchgelesen (http://www.reddit.com/r/aliens/comments ... technique/):

Ich ging gestern zu Bett nachdem ich das Zeugs durchgelesen hatte. Vor dem Einschlafen habe ich noch etwas über den Rat des einen Reddit Posters nachgedacht und versucht die "innere Einstellung" für Kontakerlebnisse zu trainineren ("im Geiste zu sich sagen das man bereit für Kontakt ist und es wünscht", "sich überzeugen das man keine Angst davor hat" etc.). Es war nur eine "Uebung", ich ging nicht mehr raus und starrte auf den Himmel oder so sondern war schon im Bett.

Ich schlief ein und um ca 3:20 Uhr erwachte ich plötzlich weil ich Geräusche vom TV hörte. Ich ging ins Wohnzimmer und sah das meine Katze mit ihrem dicken Hintern auf der Fernbedienung sass.

Im Fernsehen lief auf einem Schweizer Kanal...."Abyss"....
