9 Year old in US prison

War Crimes and the creation of hate. Why is a 9 year old locked up? We came into these people country, kill and murder their families take their oil (Which we never saw only Bush and gang did) We imprison them after destroying their homes. Why? I cant believe more people arnt upset about this or fighting this.
